5-Year Warranty Coverage
All warranty and guarantee periods commence on the date your product is delivered. If you believe your bed or mattress may be defective, we recommend contacting our customer support team, who will assist with assessment and next steps.
Our beds and mattresses come with a five-year warranty that covers defects resulting from manufacturing faults or material issues. This warranty applies across the HENRY’s range, with the exception of clearance products and items used in combination with an unapproved or incompatible bed base or mattress. Should a defect related to materials or workmanship be identified within the five-year period, we will, at our discretion, arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty or guarantee will not apply in the following circumstances:
• The product shows evidence of spills, staining, or other forms of soiling.
• Damage has occurred due to accidental impact or mishandling after delivery.
• The product has been subjected to improper use, including jumping or excessive force.
• The product has been used for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with normal residential use.
• The mattress has been bent, folded, or handled in a way that results in damage to internal components, including spring systems.
